UGH!

Guess what I am sick. UGH. lol. Ya thanks to Dad, and Tanner. I thought I wouldnt get sick but I am. I do have the FLU and I am bored to death. I do have a fever ugh 102* lol and an aicky body. That is about it. Well that is how I am spending my weekend.

Ok this is what happened today. Me, my friends Bailey and Christina went and took out the recycling for our teacher Ms. Murray. We had a lot of paper crap to take out and here is how it allllllllllllllllllll began. Ok we are talking the BIG BIG BIG recycling bins, and on each side there are 2 little wholes (squares). The doors of the BIG bins were hard to get open so we decided to throw all of the papers through these squares (wholes). While I was throwing them in the bin my phone was in my pocket and my phone fell in the BIG bin. hahahah no. I yelled to my friends my phone just landed in the bin. They started laughing and freaking out at the same time. lol. anyway this is a new phone we are talking about and I really wanted my phone so all 3 of us crawled through the wholes and looked for my phone. Well we found it like 5 minutes later. and remember i/we are not supposed to be in the BIG bins. hahaha. So my friend christina got out and grabed my phone and started taking pictures of me and bailey. lol. it was SO much fun. We werent getting dirty because it was just the recycling bin so it was all good. while in there my friend christina yelled to us get out Mr. E (vice principal) is out here he might see us. so me and bailey like got out but the whole are not by the ground they are far up on the bin when we got out our legs were soooooo red. lolololol. but we did not care because it was fun lol so we walked back calm and went back to our class and did not get caught....lolol

Ok, TODAY is the day to make FRITTERS! ugh I am not looking forward to it. Well the only part I am looking forward to is eating all of the food tomorrow. Everyone in my spanish class gets to try a little bit of everything. Each person was assigned a country and they had to make a dish that is from their country. And I got BOLIVIA! lol. Yummy Fritters

Ok so in school well in spanish i have to make a Bolivian recipe. And guess what i choose....FRITTERS.

Here is the recipe for these yummy fritters. And also if you would like you can add powdered sugar, fruit, chocolate syrup etc...

Tawa-Tawas(sweet fritters)

Ingredients: 2 cups flour2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoons salt1 tablespoon butter2 eggs1/2 cup water or milk2 cups butter or oil to fry1 cup cane honey
Note: Yields about 60 rhombus-shaped tawa-tawas, 11/2 inches wide, more or less.

Preparation: In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Then, add butter and mix well. Add the eggs, slightly beaten. Then add water or milk, little by little, and mixing very well until getting a smooth dough. Place the dough on a table, slightly sprinkled with flour, and knead it. Let it rest for ten minutes, covered with a dish cloth or towel. On the table, place half the dough and stretch it out until it becomes very thin (about a tenth of an inch). Cut the dough into small rhombus-shaped pieces, 11/2 wide. Then cover them with a cloth. Repeat the process with the remaining half of dough. In a large pan, heat oil at a high temperature. Fry several pieces simultaneously. Once they are golden on one side, turn them over until they are golden on the other side too. Remove the tawa-tawas from the frying pan, drain them and place them on a paper sheet to absorb oil. Finally, place them in tray and pour cane honey over them. If wanted, sprinkle with fine sugar too.

Suspended?????

Omgosh my week has been crazy. First of all I almost got suspended from school. ugh haha. It all started when me and my friend chelsea were walking out the door and she said guess what...i said what you got your butt slapped by a boy again didnt you well including at my school kids are crazy anyway she was like nooo and my teacher Ms. Murray heard us talking about it even though we were like out of her room and she called us into her classroom and was like yelling at us. right then we had been in 4th hour and we were on our way to 5th hour. so while she (ms. murray) was yelling at us her 5th hour students were coming in and they all heard it then she was like i am going to call mr. e (vice principle) and then he came in and my teacher yelled to him CHELSEA (my friend) got her butt squezed. ugh. omgosh it made us so mad so now/then all her 5th hour new so then we went to his office (vice principle) and he said we might be suspended for a couple of days because we did not tell anyone the reason is when the boy hit her butt she slapped him and said dont do that lol so we thought she handled it fine so that is why we told noone and then at the end he said we wont be suspended but this boy is kind our friend and we did not want to get him into much trouble so then me and chelsea said mr e. it is happening everywhere (dangit why did we say that)lol anyway then he said well then who are these other people ugh omgosh i cant believe we said that lol we did not want to tell him but then he said we will get into more trouble if we dont tell (i guess u know where this leads too) so after all that we finish talking and head too class well remember when Ms. Murrays class heard well they decided to spread it around so now there is DRAMA EVERYWHERE!!!! ugh ugh ugh

Ok, first of all I went to my BEST FRIENDS HOUSE. part of the reason is because i wanted to hang out with her and because she got 2 baby chicks for Easter. omgosh they are so fun and cute. There names are smiley and daffy. lol. So when I got there we took LOTS and LOTS of pictures of us jumping into her FREEZING cold pool, hanging with her 7 yes 7 dogs, slipping on her WET floor and hanging with daffy and smiley. They are so fun and exciting!!!!

EASTER, EASTER, EASTER!!! Easter weekend has been VERY fun. I went to my BEST friend Jacquelines house this weekend and had a blast and today, Sunday I went to church, got a cute cute cute pink BeBe shirt that i just love!!!
